3. Features of the sterilizer
A. Negative pressure sterilization, negative pressure cleaning, negative pressure residue removal, full negative pressure to ensure safety!
This sterilizer belongs to Class B sterilizer, with two preset working cycles of 37ºC and 55ºC
Sterilization, cleaning and residue removal process, the sterilizer always maintains a relative negative pressure to ensure that ethylene oxide does not leak. Even if a leak occurs, the control system will automatically detect the leak, automatically stop the sterilization process, issue an alarm, and automatically discharge ethylene oxide gas.
B. Residue removal analysis
When the sterilization process reaches the end of cleaning, it will automatically enter the residue removal (fully ensuring that the EO residue of the sterilized items is reduced to the minimum).
C. Continuous temperature monitoring
The temperature during the sterilization stage is maintained within the range of ±2ºC of the selected temperature. Once the temperature sensor detects a deviation of 3ºC from the preset temperature, the over-temperature protection device will automatically start, and the text prompts that the temperature is abnormal and alarms, and the heating is interrupted.
D. Humidity control
The humidity sensor is open and displayed throughout the sterilization process. According to the humidity setting value, humidification is performed evenly multiple times to ensure the appropriate humidity.
F. Unit-metered 100% ethylene oxide gas
This small can of gas is easy to install, use, and transport, and is simple to operate, safe and reliable.
G. Automatic control of puncturing the gas tank
Only when the dosing process is entered normally, the system will automatically start the dosing device, puncture the aerosol can, and release ethylene oxide gas.

The LCD display located in the front continuously displays the sterilization process status in real time. (Such as: temperature, humidity, pressure, time, sterilization process, etc.).
