High torque gear box-self made
Torque rating grade: 9≤T/A3≤13.5, high torque gear box, high grade domestic main components, NSK/INA brand bearings.
Imported gear box and safety clutch are optional, which can further improve the performance of machines.
Screw-self made
Screw element is with closely intermeshed design, block type and can be easily exchanged to suit different material.
Barrel-self made
Precision grade can reach to IT 6. It is benefit for energy reduction and block type design makes it possible for various combination.
Quality inspection
We have a portable US Hexagon-Romer articulated arm measuring instrument, laser alignment tool, high precision testing equipment. Advanced manufacturing hardware platform combined with a careful inspection to ensure that equipment components manufacturing and assembly accuracy with a host of industry-leading level.

3.Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
Our factory is located in NO. 337 East Zhening Road, Zhetang Town, Lishui, Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China.
(1) You can fly to Nanjing Lukou Airport directly. We will arrange to pick u up at Lukou airport.
(2) You can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport then come to Nanjing by High-speed bullet train, then we will pick you up at Nanjing south railway station.
4.How can I know the status of my order?
We will keep you updated by photos and videos. Once the machine is completed and ready for shipment, we will inform you to come to inspect the machine.
5.How long is the deliver time?
Normally, 45 days from the date we receive your deposit.
