Properties:
White or colorless crystals, efflorescent in air, easily soluble in water but not in organic solution. Its water solution is alkaline. PH value of 1% solution is 12.1, relative density at 1.62, melting point is 73.4 º C.
Application:
Trisodium phosphate is one of the important product series in phosphate industry. Because of its special properties, it is widely used in modern chemical industry, agriculture, animal husbandry, petroleum, paper making, detergent, ceramics and other fields.
Use in the food industry as a moisture retention agent, used in canned, fruit juice drinks, dairy products, meat products, cheese and beverages.
In chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, paper making, power generation and other industries used as water softener and detergent, boiler anti-scale agent, water softener in paper dyeing, pH buffer for the production of waxy paper adhesive, color fixing agent in printing and dyeing, fabric mercerization enhancement agent, anti-brittleness agent for thread making.
Metallurgical industry Chemicalbook is used as a chemical degreasing, decontamination, as an excellent accelerator in photographic development solution.

Solid trisodium phosphate (TSP) is a strong alkali and weak acid salt, with strong alkaline and high solubility, chemical stability, and can be stored for a long time.
Adding TSP instead of NaOH to the spray water of the containment spray system (EAS) can adjust the pH value of the spray solution, and effectively remove the iodine gas released from the leaking cooling water to the containment.
Avoid the injury of strong alkali to the staff, easy to clean up after the accident.
