The continuous winding process of FRP winding equipment is to produce GRP pipes and tanks in a continuous manner. It is to apply the FRP mixed laminate to a continuous forming mold of a moving steel belt. The mold is formed by a continuous steel belt wrapped on a horizontal mandrel. A layer of lining film is wrapped around the mold, and the pre-mixed resin/sand (direct yarn, cut yarn, quartz sand, polyester resin and other raw materials) is continuously distributed to the appropriate position of the mold at the same time - finally a layer of surface yarn is used - after winding, the pipe is transported to the curing position - online cutting and grinding are completed.
During the working process, the pipe core mold used for pipe making starts to rotate driven by the driving head of the FRP pipe winding equipment. Next, the winding trolley installed on the winding track will start to make a reciprocating motion linked with the main shaft along the axial direction of the pipe core mold according to a certain mathematical model. The glass fiber pre-impregnated with resin through the dipping tank is wound onto the pipe core mold. Then, the sand clamping device clamps quartz sand onto the pipe core mold through the emery cloth according to a certain thickness and a certain glue content. The pneumatic pressure roller drives out the bubbles in the sand-interlayer and compacts the sand-interlayer, thereby completing the winding and sand-interlayer work of the structural layer.
