The Tactical Notebook Cover is designed to take notes in the field while also being able to quickly view mission essential Checklists. Images above show the cover with the Canadian Forces Issued Military Field Notebook (not Included) which is 6.75" high by 4.5" wide, but any pad style within those measurements will fit very nicely. PLEASE NOTE: Any writing instruments, maps, books, etc shown in pictures are for illustration purposes only. They are not included unless specifically stated. Interior of Case: Zippered top opening design. Attached to the inside top is a Checklist Envelope Organizer (which includes 5 Vinyl Envelope Pages). The envelopes hold paper that is 3" x 5" in size. The Checklist Organizer is replaceable and removable. Some customers buy additional Checklist Organizers so that they can be interchanged as required by the mission. In addition, there's a small pocket, underneath the Organizer, to hold business card sized items. The envelopes are made of 10 mil vinyl. Front of Case: Large pocket flap holds pens and markers securely in place. Pen pockets under flap are pleated allowing for storage of small to wide sized marking pens. Large patch on front is great for attaching nametapes or embroidery patches to customize your cover. Rear of Case: Flat open pocket with elastized securing strap. Large patch has been incorporated on the rear for Leg Board Harness attachment. Case dimensions are 5.5" x 7.5".
