Production commences once the deposit is received. Expect the CNC milling machine to be ready within 20 days, and both the automatic drilling and tapping machines within 15 days.
8. Packaging
We strongly recommend opting for wooden box packing to ensure protection during transportation.
9. Acceptance Checks Upon product delivery, please perform a thorough check: assess for any packing damage or leakage, confirm product and accessory quantities, and inspect all machine details. In case of any issues, photograph the problem and contact us immediately.
10. Warranty Period
Enjoy peace of mind with a one-year warranty. We provide free components within the first year, barring intentional damage, and offer lifetime maintenance. Post-warranty, component and shipping fees apply.
We offer on-site debugging and training for customers who cover the associated costs, including airfare between China and the buyer's location, and provision of accommodation and meals.
Our 12-month warranty starts from the machine's arrival date. If issues arise, our engineers will respond onsite within 24 hours. We continue supporting machine maintenance even after the warranty period. Each CNC machine comes with an English maintenance and operation manual.
