DRYING SYSTEM
Adopt scientific Hot blast stove and Hot air room in whole drying structure, use centrifugal blower blow the hot air into upper and lower air steel pipe, the hot air come out through wind outlet of upper and lower air pipes to double veneer surface, make veneer heat uniformity to realize drying veneer function.
TRANSMISSION SYSTEM
Veneer feed form inlet entre go into machine, use chain drive upper and lower 2 row rollers rolling, the upper roller dead load press veneer for feeding, veneer go through upper and lower rollers and wind outlet, meanwhile, get drying and smooth, finally get veneer drying, smooth, polishing, traceless function.
CONTROL SYSTEM
Adopt variable frequency speed control, can adjust feed speed according your veneer thickness and moisture content, to get perfect drying effect.

HEAT SYSTEM
Hot blast stove type heat system, can use log skin and waste veneer as fuel.
