1. Source Material for the Pattern
This crucial step lays the foundation for impeccable lost foam casting. Selecting the appropriate material based on the type of casting is essential. 3. Molding

4. Pattern Section Assembly and Mounting on a Gating System

6. Mold Filling

7. Casting
