Type of Pressure Screen Basket
Wedge wire screen baskets is classified by the flow way of the pulp, the rotary wing spins in the basket to make the pulp flow out from the slot naturally to get good pulp with different purpose.
The screen basket can be used in many links in pulp and paper line. Regarding to pressure basket, the main point is position when it works and also the result the user want to reach, designing the whole construction and shape the grade bar to ensure the operation intensity and output and quality of the pulp.
Drilled screen baskets are used mainly in pre-screening processes, but also in other applications.
Drilled screen baskets are manufactured with CNC-controlled, multi-spindle drilling/milling machines. Drilled screen can optionally have breaker bars or a reject spiral, and there are different profile types and open areas available for all applications and process requirements.

Features
1. High screening efficiency: due to the high pressure of materials along the tangent line into the screen, under the action of centrifugal force, qualified materials quickly pass through the screen drum depending on the pressure difference.
2. Long service life: stainless steel screen drum, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, has a longer service life.
3. Not easy to block: materials are evenly screened from top to bottom, and V-shaped opening gap ensures the opening area and non blocking of screen drum, and avoids high-density accumulation of sediment. Application
The purpose of screening is to separate contaminants such as shives in mechanical pulp,and stickies,plastics ,sand ,metal pieces,and flakes in recycled fiber.This method employs a screening device and the separation is based on size difference between fibers and contaminants.
However,depending on their flexibility and /or geometry,not all of the contaminants that are larger in size than fiber can be captured by the screen. Screening plates of various slit widths such as 0.10mm,0.15mm, 0.20mm,and 0.25mm have been used in separating contaminants. Product Parameters
