Extra high viscosity binder for sausages and complicated meat emulsions, This product is recommended especially for processing pork, poultry meat, fish, fish fillets, shrimps and clams.
During dry process is quickly dissolving provides High viscosity to the paste and allows strong firmness and bright color in the final product and good cooking yield. We recommend to add 3 – 5 g of Curafose K8 per 1 kg of meat at the beginning of processing in the cutter.
Curafose K8 can be used for wet process, as well, where is quickly dissolving, has very good total yield, good bright color, no caking effect and very good solubilization with presence of salt. But, if used with salt, please dissolve CUROFOSE K8 completely firstly, then add salt.
