This Blow Type Specific Gravity Separator produces a proportion segregation phenomenon under the stress of aerodynamic and vibration friction of graininess material. By adjusting wind pressure, amplitude, and other parameters, a larger proportion of material will sink, and move from bottom to up under the stress of vibration friction; a smaller proportion of material moves from up to bottom.

Working Principle
Seeds and grains can be separated and graded by the suspension and friction characteristics. Seeds flow over the inclined vibrating screen-covered rectangular deck, in which pressurized air is forced through. Seeds can be suspended and stratified according to specific weights. Heavy particles float uphill while light particles travel downhill. The rectangular deck makes the particles travel a longer distance, ensuring the perfect separation of light and heavy particles and the lowest percentage of middling, improving the quality of the end product.
