Sesame hulling technology has two types generally. One is mechnical hulling and one is chemical hulling. Here it is mechnical hulling, which uses the friction between mechnical arms and sesame to get rid of husk of the sesame. but it still keeps the flavouring of the natural sesame. It can be used for baking, halfa, tahina.
