ABLB65 series full automatic blow molding machine with a auto-deflashing unit. It helps you save labor cost at 200%. A wide variety of materials can be used for this machine, which specialize in making various oil barrels and related bottles not over 2L. The clamping system is a high-precision single-station linear guide, extrusion system use a hard gear and inverter imported from Japan.
The die head system adopt central-incoming extrusion die made of special steel to ensure the quality of the products. Imported hydraulic valve and seal valve with proportional control valve. Control system consists of PLC and human machine interface imported from Japan.
