Some details about the HXYD series of injection molding machines
1.The pedestal adopts linear rail to move and the screw movement has high linear precision without deviation;
2.Adopt digital communication non-contact displacement sensor for mold open/clamp, which has feature of more fast and stable, higher accuracy of position measurement and higher precision of repetition;
3.The injection part uses ball screw and injection pressure sensor imported from Japan, which can better control the actions of storage, injection, pressure keeping, back pressure and so on. The injection position repeatability can reach 0.01mm;
4: The ejection part adopts hydraulic control to avoid the need to add hydraulic stations to meet the production needs of neutron molds for all-electric injection molding machines, saving space and cost for customers.
3.Details of the machine

HXYD hybrid series of injection molding machine is a new solution for high-endpacking industry, high-end household wares and medical suppliers industry, whichwas researching and developing on base of fully-electric(injection speed:500mm/s,start producing since 2009) and high-speed series(start producing since2012)combined with the clamping unit of high-speed series and injection unitof fully-electric series, considerated with both of energy saving and environmentprotection. lt satisfies the needs of stronger clamping force and higher performanceof injection unit, provide more energy saving and higher efficience(simultaneouslymold opening and charging).
With optimized design of bent elbow connecting rodclamping structure, it has a smooth movement curveWith higher strength design, it makes the unit runsteadily and have a longer service life.
The platen optimized by finite element analysis has the characteristics of high rigidity and high strength. And the feet slipstructure of movable platen is new designed oblique-wedge. lt increases the support area and makes the point forward. While loading the mold. lt can effectively keep the parallel precision of the mold-plate.
it adoots the special control system of electricity and oil hybrid machine and realizes the closed-loop control and data sharing of thecomputer controller, servo driver and servo motor by Ether CAT bus communication. The control system supports real-time energ consumption monitoring and single product energy consumption measurement, providing customers with accurate cost calculation.

We have six workshops, which are machine development workshop, machine storage workshop, spare parts storage workshop.
1 workshop: SP(Middle-speed injection molding machine) and HXYD(Fully-electric and high-speed injection molding machine) production R & D workshop, also stored in the injection molding machine production required parts.
2 workshop: HXM(Servo energy injection molding machine) and HXH(High-speed injection molding machine) production R & D workshop. Storage of manufactured machine, such as HXM 128tons, 158tons, 418tons, 478tons, HXH 260tons, 280tons, 430tons and so on.
3 workshop: HXM(Servo energy injection molding machine), PVC injection molding machine, PET injection molding machine, HXS(Clear two-color injection molding machine) and HXH(High-speed injection molding machine) production R & D workshop. Storage of manufactured machine, such as HXM 98tons, 268tons, from 538tons to 2500tons, HXH 160tons, 200tons, 350tons, 380tons, HXS160tons, 200tons and so on.
4 & 5 workshop: HIGHSUN's independent R & D workshop, automatic processing center. According to customer feedback to the performance of the machine constantly improve, to provide customers with better injection molding machines.
6 workshop: Stored in screw barrel, hopper, hydraulic motor, thermocouple, valve, sheet metal injection molding machine accessories.
