Feature: 1.Machine Rack: The machine rack adopt Shanghai BaoSteel company as steel raw material. 16mm thickness machine body wall make the machine more stronger and running stale. 2.Aluminum Rollers: All aluminum rolls installed in the machine,which are being dynamic balance testing. Material can smoothly move in these rollers without any scratching. 3.PU-Rollers: The PU rollers are high abrasive resistance,which can insure machine feeding precision. 4.Hydraulic Cylinder Lifter: The jumbo roll material can be easy lift up by the shaft less hydraulic cylinder from the ground. Save labor and easily operating the jumbo roll loading processing . 5.Motors: The machine adopt one set servo motor and two sets asynchronous motors to drive.It make the machine working with a high level cutting precision(0.2mm error range) 6.Control System: The SCN series paper cutting machine adapt intelligent and easy operating control system with Japanese brand PLC. It have automatic counting sheets,automatic stop machine after cutting per batch,automatic detect mother rolls diameter,automatic tension control and so on functions. In the touch screen,you also can check machine working condition parameters. 7.Stacking Pallet: The machine have a stacking pallet,output paper sheets stacking on the pallet. It also has a vibrate board to make the edge of paper sheets smooth and clean. The maximum stacking height can be 1000mm. You can easily discharge the pallet out of machine by forklift. 8.Mark insert equipment: The machine can automatic count the output paper sheets and insert marks into the stacking paper sheets pile. 9.Color mark sensor: If you need cut printed material rolls,the machine can add printing color mark sensor for detecting marks and improving cutting precision.

1.What material the paper cutting machine knife use? Answer: We adopt Germany importing tungsten steel as our cross cutting knife material. It is enough hard and sharp. You just need sharpen one time per year if you cut normal thickness material. 2.Can you add slitting knives unit in the machine? Answer: The SCT model machine just suitable cut one sheets or two sheets at one time. The slitting knives unit will used to cut two sheets and trim the paper edge. If you want to cut more sheets at one time,we have other models machine available. 3.My paper have very strong static. How do you solve the problem? Answer: Our machine have installed multiple sets static eliminator equipment according your material static level. 4.I am a manufacture of in mold label. We have very high requirements of cutting precision. What is the minimum cutting error of your machine? Answer: Our normal standard model machine can reach ±0.2mm precision. But we also can make printed plastic film sheets cutting machine with more higher precision for in mold label and cigarette box.
