The whole machine consists of a material rack part, a nose line fixing part, a shape welding part, a folding and forming part, a shape cutter part, a turning part, a material dividing part, a ear belt welding part and a collection part. The servo motor and ultrasonic welding technology are adopted to complete the production
1. Material rack part: inflatable shaft, magnetic powder brake and controller to ensure moderate material tension without wrinkling;
