The structure of the machine adopts the structureof the wheel head movable cylindrical grindingmachine,the workpiece only makes rotatingmotion, the wheelhead dragging plate(Z axis)makes longitudinalreciprocating motiononthe body of the dragging plate, the grindingwheelhead(X axis)makes transverse feedingmotion on the dragging plate, and the operationposition is arranged on the structure of the
dragging plate.MCW1380A series cylindricagrinder bed structure for the workpiece bed andtowed bed body cast into one, the diameter of 800or more external grinder bed and towed bed bodyseparation structure.
The spindle of the wheelhead adopts high rigiditydynamic and static pressure spindle. which hashigh rotary precision, good rigidity and highgrinding quality.
The headstock and tailstock spindles of the Centerfixed grinding machine tool are all rotary livingspindles, and the spindles are supported by ultra-precision rolling bearings, with strong lubricationof thin oil, high positioning accuracy and largebearing capacity.
