Q2: Regarding LCL shipments. do you charge based on CBM or KG?
A2: in most cases, if the volumetric weight of your cargo is greater than the gross weight, we will charge you by CBM. lf your gross weight is greater than the volumetric weight, we will charge you by KG.
Q3: What is volumetric weight?
A3: The calculation formula of volumetric weight: volumetric weight =L (cm) x H (cm)x D (cm) : 6000. For example. when the length of a carton = 48cm, width = 45cm, height = 39cm, then the volumetric weight of this carton =48x45x39:6000 =14.04kg. But please note that if it is Global Express service, then the factor is 5000 instead of 6000
Q4: Well, when l choose DDp service, do l need to provide you some information forcustoms clearance. such as Pl or my EIN?
A4: No. you don't need to provide anything for customs clearance, we will clear the goods for you under our name and send them to your fnal destination.
Q5: We all know that some e-commerce platforms in the UK require us to provide MRN
(ElN). so if l use your DDp service. can l get MRN?
A5: No, if you need an MRN to complete a UK e-commerce spot check, you can choose our DAP service. When you choose the DAp service. we can provide you with the MRN for your shipment.
Q6: When l choose DAP or PVA, what do l need to provide? l mean l am sending goods
from China to UK or EU.
A6: First of all., you must have your own VAT and EORl account. Secondly. when you choose PVA (Postpone VAT accounting), you must also have VAT payment records for at least the previous three months.
Q7: How can you guarantee that my inventory sent to five different fulfillment from
China will have the lowest rate?
A7: Well, we have Container Freight Stations (CFS) at major ports in the Us. including Los Angeles, Long Beach, Chicago, Savannah, New York, and Houston. Trust me. your goods will just be one of many heading to well-known fulfillment centers, Take FTWl as an example:
when the container is loaded at our warehouse in China, only goods destined for FTwi will be placed inside.
Once the container leaves China, clears customs, and arrives in the US, the entire container will go directly to FTWi without needing to be offoaded and sorted at another warehouse. This process is faster and more cost-effective. Goods heading to FTW will be offoaded at the Houston port, while goods destined for CLT2 will come in through the Savannah port. The goods arrive at the nearest fulfillment center port, which is cheaper because ocean freight is always more affordable than land transportation.
