This advanced device excels at drilling precise holes on three sides of H-beam steel simultaneously, thanks to its 7 CNC axes. With CAD/CAM directly generating processing programs, it accommodates a maximum H-beam section size of 1000×500mm and a drilling diameter of up to 33.5mm. The control system integrates a computer numerical control system, AC servo system, photoelectric encoder, and PLC. Simply input the workpiece size, and our system will automatically generate the machining program, which can be stored, recalled, displayed, and processed by part number at any time.
