Product advantagesSOC display
pressing the multi-function button (below abbreviated as button), SOC is displayed in different color, the SOC value is calculated by Coulomb meter.
sleep mode,
pressing and holding the button for 2S will wake up the battery and provide 1 minute output, and the LED display embedded in the button shows a 1 minute countdown.multi functional
The built-in battery management system has functions such as over-discharge protection, cell balancing and temperature protection, making the battery safer and longer lasting.
There are two solid copper threaded plug-in terminals on each negative and positive pole for easy wiring. |
Applications
Cell OVP
| When charging, any single string of cell voltage reaches the preset protection threshold, the protection is triggered, and the Charge MOSFET (CFET) is turned off. |
Charge Over-current Protection | When charge current reaches the preset protection threshold for a preset time period, the protection is triggered, and the CFET will be turned off. |
UTC/OTC | While in charging, when the battery pack temperature reaches the protection threshold for a preset time period, the protection is triggered, and the CFET will be turned off. |
Pack UVP | When the total voltage of the battery pack is below the preset protection threshold for a preset time period, the protection is triggered and the discharge MOSFET (DFET) is turned off |
Cell UVO | When the discharge of a single string of cell voltage is detected below the preset protection threshold for a preset timeperiod, the protection is triggered, and the DFET is turned off. |
OCD | When discharge current reaches the preset protection threshold for a preset time period, the protection is triggered, and the DFET will be turned off. |
UTD/OTD | While in discharging, when the battery pack temperature reaches the protection threshold for a preset time period, the protection is triggered, and the DFET will be turned off. |
Short Circuit Protection | When current value reaches the preset short-circuit protection threshold for a preset time period, the protection is triggered, and the CFET & DFET will be turned off, the battery pack will go into Power OFF. |
Operation guide·Make sure the product is installed correctly
·Position the cable leads properly to avoid accidental damage by moving vehicle parts (for example hoods and metal parts) and moving engine parts (for example fan blades, belts, and pulleys)
·Do not install the product next to metal objects that could cause a short-circuit.
