- Special motor, for reliable usingKM-S350B is our supporting equipment used for hose assembly. Its gearless blade can prevent the steel reinforcement layer from damaging. The enclosed tank reduces the dust diffusing while working, the reserved suction opening is available for exhaust to collect rubber dust. The protective cover can avoid dust diffusing. The manual connecting rod is easy and rapid to operate, and the press bar will return automatically after finishing because of the spring. The pillars on the flat can be adjusted to the length of hose, the arcuate bend can prevent blade from being clamped by hose. This machine is flexible and easy to move, it's your first choice.

OperationMachine storage:Open the package, and place the machine in the ventilation and dry house where the temperature is above 10ºC.Electrical wire connection: The machine voltage is 380V*50HZ (A.C.). The diameter of wires must ≥2.5mm², and the machine must be grounded firmly. Please wire following the indication or consult to professional electrician.Motor rotation direction: After the wires are right connected, press the "start button" to start the motor, keep the motor rotation direction consistent with the arrow showed.
Direction adjusting method:
Turn the power off, and change any two live wires.
After the above preparation work is finished, you can cut hose as follows:
Measure the hose length L according to demand, and mark it
Lift the protective cover, and put in the hose from the front, please make the marked point coincide with the blade cutting edge.
Adjust the the pillar length L as per the hose size, to keep the hose is fed in arc, which is easier to operate.
After finish the adjustment work above, you can cut hoses in batch.
Notice: There will be some tiny cracks after period of work, don't worry, it's normal, no need to change the blade.
MaintenanceCheck the blade regularly, if swing, please stop working.Regularly clean up the press bar and pulling arm, and keep them lubricated.Repair the cutting edge with whetstone once it is abraded.If the blade is too abraded to work, please replace in time.Periodic clean the machine, to keep it clean.

3.Strictly testing and inspetion.
(A) for raw material, we will check again by our inspector as per international standard.Only the raw material reach to international standard and allow enter kangmai facotry.
(B) for hydraulic and eletrical parts, such as valve, pump, motor and so on, we use famous brand both from China and abroad.However, we will check again when these parts enter our facotry.
(C) before the hose crimping machine enter our warehouse, the inspector check the machine roundess, taper, opening, speed, noise, apprance and so on.Only each parts is up to standard of ISO, CE standard, the machine can enter the warehouse.
(D) when the machine package, the inspector the dies, the package and other parts of clients requriment.Everything is ok, the inspector signed and machine allow to go out the facotry.
