Application Functions and Industry :
Machine mainly used for drilling and welding groove processing on header pipes in the boiler industry. Internal cooled hard alloy cutting tools can be used for high-speed drilling and processing, don't need for manual marking (scribing) and dotting manually. It greatly improves the accuracy of hole position and drilling efficiency, achieving drilling automation.
Main Machine Features :
1.High processing efficiency.
High speed internal cooling processing spindle is used. The processing efficiency of a single spindle is 3-5 times that of a Fried Dough Twists drill. The cleanliness of a U drill is ≤ 3.2 μ M.
2.High level of informatization
a.Machine can be remotely controlled through networking, enabling fault diagnosis and maintenance;
b.Support ERP management, monitor and statistically analyze production and quality, achieve paperless office in the factory, and achieve strict closed-loop control from production order receiving, planning and delivery to production status feedback. The production management stores production information in the company's ERP database, which includes drawings, programs, number of pieces, and processing equipment numbers of workpieces.
3.The mobile gantry unit adopts a closed design
The cover is designed and manufactured by a professional sheet metal manufacturer. The appearance is beautiful and generous, and the door opening and closing is smooth, firm and not deformed. The safety protection measures are complete, which can effectively prevent iron filings and coolant splashing during the processing, ensuring the safety and hygiene of the processing site.
4.Only one machining power head is placed on the moving gantry, effectively avoiding resonance between multiple power heads on the same machining unit, making machining more stable, increasing tool life by 2 times, and reducing usage costs.
5.Using a stepped hydraulic chuck to reduce the frequency of replacing the claw position due to diameter changes.

FAQ:
1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO INSTALL ONE MACHINE?The machine can be installed and operational in your facility about 5 days after receiving the machine. The machine is simple to install and most of the work is done by the customer prior to the service technician arriving at the customer's facility.
The machine arrives by standard container. You, the client, are responsible for offloading the YIKE machine from the transport truck and setting up the machine in his facility.
2. WHAT TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR YIKE MACHINE?
Once you have notified YIKE that the foundation work has been completed, and you have faxed or mailed the Installation Readiness to YIKE, then the YIKE service technician will travel to your facility and do the final setup and calibration of your machine, and then spend time with your operators taking them through our simple yet thorough training program.
Your operators will receive training in: Machine setup and adjustment Machine maintenance and lubrication Fault finding and troubleshooting Programming of parts Importing of parts How to change the spare parts, like the punches and dies, the drill bits.
3. WHAT SOFTWARE TRAINING DO I RECEIVE?
The YIKE CNC MACHINES uses the industry standard PLC modules, so it is very easy to input some values into the machine software and send all parameters to PLC. If you are using some lofting software such as TEKLA, X-STEEL, or your AUTOCAD drawings, so long as it can be opened in txt format, our machine can convert the data into suitable machine data automatically. Our CNC Plate Drilling Machine, CNC H beam Drilling Machine can read AUTOCAD files automatically.
Our installation technician will show you how easy it is to program parts into the YIKE machines, both at the machine and offline in your office.
4. Can your machine or other products be customized?

5. What about the transportation?
Usually we take seaway, because it's more convenient and cheaper for big machine. Sometimes we deliver machines by railway. But for urgent required spare parts we deliver it by air express.

7. What is your payment term?
