1. Raw Material Processing Section
The core ingredients for autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum paste, among others.
This crucial section handles the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted, supporting manual (automatic) hanging mesh and ensuring seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital section is central to the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, supporting both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with billet body is deftly demudded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is precisely placed on the cutting car, where the product undergoes meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then refined on the ground turning table to remove and recycle the corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.

5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are carefully transferred into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are then efficiently pulled out by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then conveyed to the storage yard by our advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
