1. What’s your MOQ?/ Could you accept small orders?
- a: For SKMEI branded items, We accept order like 200pcs,and you can mix order
(each item each color not less than 10pcs
Pls order each item each color qty like 10pcs,20pcs,30pcs.......
- b: For OEM order (customize logo ect.), According to the different items have
different MOQ.
Generally each item each color can not less than 500pcs
2. What's the delivery time ?
- a: For SKMEI branded items in stock , after you confirm and make payment ,
3~5 days we can delivery
- b: For OEM orders, based items which you choose , lead time from 30~ 60 days .
3.What payment do you accept?
- We accept PayPal, Western Union , Secure payment(ESCROWN).
- For the bigger amount we can accept T/T by bank,L/C,Trade Assurance.
4.How to arrange delivery ?
- If you have agent in china, after payment we will delivery cargo to your agent.
- If you have no agent in china ,after you confirm the final order, we will check the
shipping details and cost for you.
5. How about your products quality ?
- a: All of SKMEI branded items are waterproof, 100% test by machine
All SKMEI branded items are assembled in japanese battery, the life time could
be last at least 1 year.
- b: For OEM products, we can proudce acccording to you requirment in CE/RoHS,
Nickle free, etc.
You can let the third party to test products whether we produced as your requirments.
6. You are facotry or trade company?
- We are factory in Guangzhou China,the original supplier of Skmei .
7. Could I get some samples before make order ?
- Yes, we can arrange sample for you checking the quality, pls kindly contact us for
details.
8.How about your warranty service ?
-Within a half year After we delivery the goods, if the watch movement defective , we will arrange movement for free charge to replace the bad movement(except battery consume problems) . As the watch case , glass, band, buckle troubles generally cause by human personal problems ,then not within the warranty scope..For small quantity ,we usually send replacement together with the next order . For a large quantity(Unusual Situation),you should send the damaged products to us ,shipping on your side .
