1.this production line including crushing, mixing, conveying, pelleting multi-function in one, advanced design, simple structure, wide applicability, small area, low noise.
2. Powder feed and grass meal can be granulated without (or a little) liquid addition. Therefore, the moisture content of pellet feed is basically the moisture content of materials before granulation, which is more conducive to storage.
3. The particles made by this machine are of high hardness, smooth surface and full degree of internal maturation, which can improve the digestion and absorption of nutrients, and can kill the common pathogenic microorganisms and parasites. They are suitable for feeding rabbits, fish, ducks and experimental animals, and can achieve higher economic benefits than mixed powder feed.
4. The machine is equipped with 2.5mm--12 kinds of aperture molds, which can be used to granulate different materials to achieve the best effect.
5. Adapt to different materials to ensure the pressing effect. Corn bran, soybean meal and other grain concentrate and corn stalk, peanut stalk, clover and other raw materials of coarse fiber can be formed at one time or mixed in different
proportions. In similar granulating equipment, the roller part is the central part of the whole equipment, and high-quality

Product Parameters
EWPL-400 feed complete set production line will crush various feed raw materials into powder particles by the hammer crusher and the self-priming crusher, and then send them to the horizontal mixer by the power engine motor through the cyclone/dust collector machine and the air seal machinery . The powder without crushing can be directly sent to the mixer by the screw conveyor. All kinds of raw materials are evenly mixed in the horizontal mixer by the double screw belt, and then enter the silo/stock bin by the screw elevator. The materials in the silo are transported by the adjustable speed feeder To the granulator/pellet machine , the finished particles are cooled and screened by the cooling screening machine, and then enter the packaging machine through the belt conveyor. The packing machine can be set for different weight and can seal the bagging , and the whole production process is completed.
