Structure and working principle
Structure Composition: It is mainly composed of parts such as hammer body, piston, drill rod, accumulator, hydraulic system, etc. The hammer body is the overall frame structure, providing support and protection for internal components; the piston makes reciprocating motion in the inner cavity of the hammer body and is the key component for generating impact force; the drill rod connects the piston and transmits the impact force of the piston to the object to be broken; the accumulator is used for storing and releasing energy and stabilizing the pressure of the hydraulic system; the hydraulic system includes hydraulic pump, control valve, oil pipe, etc., providing power and control for the operation of the breaking hammer.
Working Principle: The engine of the excavator drives the hydraulic pump to operate. The hydraulic pump pressurizes the hydraulic oil and then sends it to the hydraulic system of the integrated hydraulic hammer. According to the operator's instructions, the control valve controls the flow direction and flow rate of the hydraulic oil, allowing the hydraulic oil to enter the piston cylinder and push the piston to perform high-speed reciprocating motion. When the piston moves forward, it impacts the drill rod at a great speed, causing the drill rod to generate a strong impact force, thereby crushing hard objects such as rocks and concrete. The return stroke of the piston is realized by the pressure of the hydraulic oil and the action of the accumulator. In this way, it cycles continuously to achieve continuous crushing operations.
