The main components of the machine tool, including the base, workbench, column, spindle box, and saddle, undergo meticulous FEA finite element analysis. The spindle center's proximity to the guide rail surface and the minimized flipping torque significantly enhance processing stability. Crafted using resin sand molding and high-strength, top-quality cast iron, each component is subjected to a comprehensive heat treatment process that eliminates residual stress. Precision manual scraping ensures optimal structural rigidity throughout. Our extensive product line, complete with varied specifications, is paired with a flexible automated tool magazine and a vertical and horizontal tool-changing system, guaranteeing automated, efficient, and highly productive processing performance. The modular spindle design caters to diverse machining requirements, while the Y-axis roller-type linear slide rail combines the heavy cutting rigidity of a hard rail with the rapid, low-wear movement of a linear slide rail, greatly enhancing rigidity and control.
The three-axis system features roller guide rails from internationally renowned brands, delivering exceptional rigidity and dynamic accuracy. Taiwan-made, large-diameter grinding ball screws ensure smooth movement, low thermal elongation, and high precision within a compact structure. The screw support forms a stable, high-rigidity mechanical transmission system. The high-precision spindle is designed to provide consistent and reliable lubrication for the spindle bearings, while the standard spindle oil cooling system maintains the spindle's stability over extended periods.
