2.Border style(edge) We offer 3 border styles,Merrow(overlock), Heat cut(stiched), and laser cut. The merrow borde is most popular with simple shaped patch designs. For the complicated patch designs,it can't do the merrow border. A hot cut border is recommended for iron on backing patches..Laser cut border usually use for some very complicated patch designs to get a patch shape without extra background.
3.Backing
You can choose PVC backing(plastic),Iron on(Heat press),Sew on(no backing),Hook&loop,Peel& stick(self-adhensive),pin on,etc.
4.Thread

The thread on an embroidered patch make up the individual stitching found in the details.We can provide different kinds of threads for options. like Polyester Thread, Rayon Thread,metallic thread,Luxery threads,reflective threads,etc..

It's easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote, send your design and tell us how many patches you want to order. If you don't have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time for free!
I already have a design, how can I send it to you?
You can email us, fill out a free quote, fax us a copy or mail us a picture. Our free quote is the preferred way. We accept all types of file formats; including ai, eps, jpg, pdf, doc, docx, bmp, and others.

What is your minimum / maximum order?
We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we are able to make as few or as many patches as you need.

What is your generall sample lead time and production lead time?
Generally,our sample lead time is 1-3 days. If a rush request, we can make for you within 1 day!
For mass production lead time,it will take 5-7 days.if the order quantities under 1000pcs. If more than that, we can discuess.

How many colors can I choose for my embroidered patch? And how do I choose the colors?
The Max. colors you can choose no more than 11 colors due to the machines limit. You can adivse a Pantone color number, then we can use our thread to match the number.

Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?
Yes, we offer a scan of the actual stitch-out for you to approve before production with every firm order. Editing/Handling fees will apply if changes are requested afterwards.
