Product Description
Introduction
The main structure of this machine tool features an inverted T-shaped bed witha front-mounted box layout. It has four CNC axis: X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and B-axis. With a single clamping, it can complete four-sided machining of parts, making it particularly suitable for the machining of holes and flat surfaces on box-type parts.
Bed and Column
The column features a triangular side structure with multiple layers of reinforcing ribs, enhancing the stability of the machine body.
The inverted T-shaped bed structure is compact, making chip removal easier.
Uses Taiwanese roller linear guideways, which offer high load capacity and stable precision.
Spindle
Uses an original 190mm BBT50 spindle from Taiwan, equipped with a labyrinth air-blowing waterproof device to protect the spindle, with a circular water spray system to enhance machining quality.
Features a FANUC high-torque wide-range motor BiP30/8000, providing stronger heavy-cutting capability.
Worktable Exchange/Fourth-Axis Rotary Table
Enables automatic workpiece exchange,improvingefficiency.
High-rigidity alloy worm gear and worm, offering high positioning accuracy, heavy-duty locking, reduced deformation, and durability under heavy cutting.
Tool Magazine
Equipped with an originaltool magazine from Taiwan,offering fast toolchanges that are stableand reliable.
