Winding Part
*Using hard aluminum oxide rollers.
*Equipped with the yarn sheet compression device to ensure that the yarns remain tensioned during shaft replacement.

Sizing part
*Using advanced double frequency conversion motor drive system, the tension of the yarn sheet between the sizing roller and the yarn-feeding roller can be adjusted as needed.
*Adopting pneumatic immersion grouting method and specially designed grouting roller, ensuringuniform grouting at both ends and in the middle of the yarn sheet.
*Equipped with a lifting and locking system for the grouting roller and a lifting system for the soakingroller, it makes cleaning and replacing the roller more convenient, and can also protect the rubber rollerduring long-temm shutdown.
*Equipped with double-layer heat preservation slurry drum and slurry heating control circulation device.
*Equipped with automatic slumy spraying device (optional).
*The newly designed slurry supply tank can effectively prevent the slurry from splashing.
*Equipped with reed up/down/left/right movement mechanism, fully extending the service life of the reed.
Condensation part
*6 wet layered rods (condensation rods) are used to protect the slumy film.
*The water chiller (optional) can be provided to achieve better condensation effect.
*Equipped with lifting device of layered reed frame.

Hot Air Circulation Chamber
*The drying mode of the chamber can be steam drying, natural gas drying, or thermaloil drying.
*A control system is used to automatically adjust the steam / natural gas / thermal oilvolume based on the temperature of the chamber set for hot air circulation, in order tomaintain the temperature of the chamber and achieve uniform drying of the yarns.
*Adopting a hot air circulation heating method opposite to the direction of yarnmovement and an efficient heat exchanger, driven by frequency conversion, greatlyimproves drying efficiency.
