HCT-35W--Machine Introduction:The machine adopts Taiwan Hust Controller, Japan imported servo Motor. It's composed of 3-4 axis, the feeding axis, Cam axis, Quill axis, it can optional with 4th spinner axis, then it's easier to make more springs, wire forms with complex angles and hooks.
It's suitable for making all kinds of single & double tension springs, single & double torsion springs, Flat wire springs, Spiral springs, Scroll springs, Magazine springs, Compression springs, Battery springs, Hooks,etc...

The Motor is connected with the wire feeding box directly for the wire feeding mechanism, which improve the wire feeding precision and more convenient to maintain the wire feeding box.
The wire feeding box adopts three pairs of wire feeding wheels, double sliding adjustment, the whole wire feeding box and can move right and left, can manufacture some special springs(such as thick flat wire spring, broaden arc-shaped wire spring) etc...
