10. Warranty Period
We proudly offer a comprehensive one-year warranty. Within this period, any non-intentional machine component failures are covered at no extra charge. We provide lifetime maintenance support. Post-warranty, component and shipping costs are customer responsibilities.
Our services include on-site debugging and training, with costs covered by the customer. This encompasses airfare to and from China, along with accommodation and meals.
The 12-month warranty starts the day the machine arrives at your site. Should a malfunction occur during this time, engineers will be dispatched to your facility within 24 hours of notification.
