Grinding application
One internal wheel spindle plus one external wheel spindle model for your different application requirement. It's capable of grinding internal hole, end face and outer diameter at one time setting.
Automatic operation
To meet mass production requirements, automatic loading and unloading equipment is available to provide a fully automatic operation.
Slide table
The slides move on roller type linear guideways for increasing smoothness & stable movement.
Work Spindle
Bearing work spindle, can be used with various types of fixtures.
Grinding Wheel Spindle
Standard internal grinding wheel spindles are available from 10,000 to 50,000 rpm. The internal grinding wheel spindle can also equip with customized grinding wheels to grind the outer diameter or end face according to grinding requirements. The spindle head transmission adopts high precision roller bearings, high precision, high rigidity and quiet operation. Spindle head can be rotated in the range of 8 degrees in front and 7 degrees in the back, which is suitable for grinding workpieces with large inclination. Upgrade positioning accuracy
The feed axis is equipped with optical scale to upgrade positioning accuracy.
3 Axis
Three axis CNC control for X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis, flexible combination, can be fully customized with strong composite function. It can fulfill the requirements of high precision and high accuracy grinding, and save the wasted working hours when lifting and carrying the workpiece.
Automatic Belt Tension Adjustment
Utilizing the principle of belt self-weight and eccentric shaft, it automatically adjusts the tension of the belt to ensure the complete output of the motor torque, avoiding the belt slackness affecting the grinding and cutting ability, and with the dual-frequency motor, the motor speed can be adjusted locally to meet the different needs of grinding.
CNC Controller
Paired with a circular dialogue style controller screen, it enhances the intuition of setting, greatly shortens the adjustment and setting time, and increases the equipment utilization rate.
