Product Parameters
1. Main feed line system (Silo or Manpower Hopper)
Silo or manpower hopper is the beginning of main feed line.
There is a feed sensor at the end of main feed line which controls motor on and off to achieve automatic feed delivery from silo or manpower hopper to vice hopper at the begin of each feeding line.
2. Automatic pan feed line system
Automatically convey the feed from vice hopper into each feeder pan/tray to ensure the eating of the broiler chickens and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.
Automatic pan feeding system consists of:
Driving device, Hopper, Conveying pipe, South Africa auger, Suspension lifting device, Anti-perching device and Germany IFM feed sensor.
Plasson type feed pan,Big herdsman type feed pan,Valco type feed pan, UBT type feed pan.
3. Automatic nipple drinking line
Provide clean and fresh water to broiler chickens steadily which is crucial for the growth of poultry.
The water will be out when birds touch nipples. The drinkers can be triggered from 360 degree which helps young birds start well and makes drinking easily.
Three kinds of automatic nipple drinking system for your choice:
Bigdutchman Type: square water pipe with galvanized support.
Plasson Type: round water pipe with aluminum support
Lubing Type: square water pipe with aluminum support.
4. Ventilation system
The system controls poultry house inner environment, provides fresh air, proper humidity andtemperature in poultry shed for your chickens, ensuring your broilers provide maximum production. It is vital for growing birds.
1) Air inlets
High quality engineering material ABS production, high strength, strong anti-aging, can be directly cleaned with high pressure cleaner. The air inlet window panel contains 20mm thick insulation board which has good heat preservation and sealing effect.
