Main Structure:
This machine mainly consists of the automatic lubrication system and spray cooling device of the electrical system for drilling the power head of the movable sliding plate power head of the bed
Features:
1. Power head slip board on the work piece length direction the movement of two linear rolling guide vice oriented, high capacity mobile flexible + precision planetary reducer adopts AC servo motor, driving high precision rack guide, ensure high positioning accuracy and repeat precision choose private servers with lock to the motor, to ensure the stability of drilling so as to ensure the accuracy of drilling.
2. The horizontal movement of the power head sliding table on the gantry (Y-axis) is drilled, and two linear rolling
guide rail is used as the auxiliary guide, and the servo motor is used as the driving driver to drive the precise ball screw pair, ensuring the high accuracy of the drilling.
3.
