What is railway jack? What is it used for? Railway track jack, also known as rail crane or manual rail crane, is a kind of jack with a frame as a rigid lifting component. Railway Characteristics

Usage and precautions:
1. Check whether the components are normal before lifting.

2. When using, the machine base should be placed flat to avoid skew, and overload is strictly prohibited. If heavy objects are overweight, multiple machines can be used.

3. Lift: pick up the rocker, pull the lifting wrench below to the horizontal position, insert the lever into the rocker hole for up and down reciprocating movement, the weight will gradually rise. Swing up or down to pick up can hear the pawl and rack contact click sound to indicate normal. (same as when falling)

4. Drop: pick up the rocker, return the lifting wrench to the original position, shake the rod up and down reciprocating plate, and the heavy object will gradually drop.

5. Rapid drop: The position of the lifting wrench when falling, the lifting lever part is pressed with the female finger, and the rocker is picked up, and the rack is quickly dropped. Rapid descent should not be used at will, only for no-load rapid descent.
