It consists of two screws, one long and one short, and features forced feeding to ensure smooth material entry into the hopper.The design of two screws can completely plasticize the recycled materials and avoid impurity residues.
Here's how it works: simply put the plastic fragments into the feeding cylinder, where they are heated and plasticized by the screw. The extrusion process transforms them into noodle-shaped plastic strips, which are then cooled by the stainless steel water tank. Finally, the noodles are cut into recycled plastic particles.
