Screw oil press is a kind of hydraulic automatic oil press, simple and convenient operation, high oil production rate, almost all oil crops can be pressed by small oil press. Including peanuts, soybeans, sunflower, canola, walnuts, cottonseed, and so on.
1. When the oil press is running, the treated oil enters the press chamber from the hopper. The press screw is turned so that the material embryo is continuously pushed inward to press. Because the embryo is carried out in the press chamber of the oil press in a state of motion, under the condition of high pressure of the press chamber, there is a great friction resistance between the embryo and the press screw, the embryo and the press chamber, so that friction between the embryo and the micro-material can be generated, resulting in relative movement.
2. Because the diameter of the root garden of the screw is gradually thickened, the pitch is gradually reduced, so when the screw is rotated, the thread can push forward and turn outwards, and the material layer near the surface of the screw thread also rotates with the press shaft. In this way, each embryo particle in the press chamber is not the same speed, the same direction, but there is a relative movement between the particles.
3. The heat generated by friction meets the heat necessary for the operation of the oil pressing process, which helps to promote the thermal denaturation of the protein in the embryo, destroy the colloid, increase the plasticity, and also reduce the viscosity of some easy to precipitate oil, thus improving the oil yield of the oil press, so that the oil in the material is pressed out, and flows from the garden row gap and strip row gap.

Q: What's wear-in for new machine?
A: Using 10 KG oil cake + 1KG sand + 1KG water, mix them, put in oil press, wear in 3~4hs.
1. 1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2. 2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm.
3. 3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as2 mm.
Q:What are cold press and hot press?
A: Cold press is pressing dry and raw seeds. usually need to press 2 tims to get maximum oil.
Hot press is pressing roasted seeds. usually only 1 time to get maximum oil. peanuts roast to 125~130 degree with 1~2% moisture. (we produce seeds roaster heated by economical fuel.)
