INTRUDUCTION:
The PerMix PNF series Nutsche Filters are specially designed for solid - liquid separation. They are designed based on the principle of the well-known laboratory Buchner Funnel, but usually operating under either vacuum or pressure for many industrial applications.
By adding a heating system to the side walls and/or introducing a heated agitator, the PerMix PNF series Nutsche Filter can be transformed into a highly efficient Filter - Dryer, which can process a concentrated slurry and discharge a dry powder.
The PerMix PNF series Nutsche Filter is designed as a versatile several-in-one system to perform a multitude of tasks including reaction, filtration, caking washing, and thermal drying, within a single unit.
APPLICATIONS:
The range of PerMix PNF series Nutsche Filter is widely used in industries of fine chemical, pesticides, wastewater treatment, dyes and pharmaceuticals. To meet the demanding requirements for filters used in the manufacture of pharmaceutical ingredients, the PerMix PNF series Nutsche Filter is designed to meet stringent cGMP and FDA guidelines.

- Construction Material & Finish
We are able to offer our PNF series Nutsche Filter with contact part to be built in SS304, SS316/316L, Titanium, Duplex stainless steel, Hastelloy, etc. Standard of internal and external finish can be adopted to the customer's needs.
- Feeding & Discharge Sealing
A variety of feeding methods can be selected by the customers. PerMix PNF series Nutsche Filter is designed for side discharge valve by hydraulic operation, with metal to metal sealing, scraper sealing by PTFE / O ring, and Easy clean type.
- Filter Base Assembly
The removable filter base can be connected with either clamps or bayonet locking system and other types.
- Drive System
Drive system by geared motor, Ex proof or ATEX standard, or Hydraulic drive system all are available to fit the special requirements of our customers.
- Vacuum Drying
As mentioned above, PNF series Nutsche Filter can be supplied with all the required features to make the filter into an efficient dryer, including all types of heating systems, vacuum execution up to almost absolute vacuum, heated or non-heated built-in filter with back pressure cleaning, and other special features according to our customer's needs.
- Spray Nozzle
Liquid usually is added into the Nutsche Filter by spray nozzles on the top, for better cake washing/CIP cleaning.
- Sizes
Standard size range of PerMix PNF Nutsche Filter from 400 to 3000 mm bottom plate, with bigger size available as per request.
Q: What is your price level compared with European suppliers and local Chinese suppliers?
A: Depending on the machine type and size, our price level is 30%-60% less than the European suppliers and 5-15% higher than the big local suppliers.
Q: Are you able to provide tailor-made design and production for the mixers?
A: Yes, in fact more than half of our mixers are tailor made, which is one of our strong points.
Q: Are you able to design and produce other processing equipment?
A: We are open to discuss about it.
Q: Can you provide machines to OEM customers, meaning to label their brands on the machines.
A: Yes we are doing it a lot. We have several OEM partners in the USA.
Q: Do you have agent network out of China?
A: Yes we do have agents but only in some countries, for example in USA, Germany, Poland, Spain, Denmark, Turkey, Argentina, etc. We are still looking for more agents because we believe to work with agents is the best way to do business.
Q: What is your delivery lead time of the mixing equipment.
A: Depending on the size and level of customization, but usually it is from 6-14 weeks.
Q: How do you pack and ship the mixing machines?
A: For machines don't require full container loading, we will pack them in wooden case. For FCL (full container loading) shipment, we will just wrap the machines in plastic films and fix them in the container. The shipment can be either by air or by sea
