MK1332 CNC Grinding Machine
CNC grinding machines are machine tools that use a rotating grinding wheel to achieve material removal on a metallic workpiece by means of cutting. Grinding machines are mostly used for the hard-fine machining of workpieces (parts). The surface quality which can be achieved is very high, and grinding machines thus almost always find application in modern industry as a finishing process. Furthermore, The control of all movements and machining processes within the CNC grinding machine is computer-aided and runs fully automatically, the CNC system takes on all control tasks with respect to part machining. These tasks include the sequence of machining steps or the finished part dimensions that need to be achieved. Through the use of CAM tools (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), the CNC system can be supplied immediately with the design data needed for carrying out part machining.
Feature
1. The machine tool adopts the GSK 986GS control system(can also choose Siemens or Fanuc ) and a large-screen LCD display. After the user fills in the relevant grinding parameters, it can realize the automatic grinding work cycle to ensure the machining dimensional accuracy. The feed of the external grinding wheel and the movement of the worktable is driven by an AC servo motor through a ball screw. The grinding wheel feed adopts cross-steel guide rails to ensure the precision, sensitivity, and rigidity of the machine tool when it moves.
2. The headstock motor adopts a domestic high-quality motor and is equipped with a frequency converter to realize step-less speed regulation.
3. The tailstock sleeve has a hydraulic telescopic function.
4. The machine is equipped with automatic timing and quantitative lubrication to ensure the lubrication of guide rails and screw rods. The machine tool is equipped with a full protective cover to ensure safe operation.
5. The machine tool cover is semi-protected, with an independent electrical cabinet and an independent cooling water tank device.
