1. What is capacity of your machine?
--- This machine has 4inner stoves, One inner stove can load 1.2 - 1.5tons material, and get 500-600 charcoal after 8-10hours. Then Four inner stoves can get 2000kg-2400kg charcoal at the same time.
Therefore, One day can carbonize 2times and get 4-5tons charcoal per day!
2. What is carbonization time?
--- Normally, 8-10hours. If your natural wood is fresh, it takes long time to remove moisture of wood, therefore, carbonization time is longer.
3. When the charcoal is finished?
--- There is no smoke and smoke is blue lucid,the process is finished.
4. How many times should we cool the charcoal?
It takes 10-16hours. When the inner stove goes down to 50℃ or less, charcoal can be packaging and collecting.
