Product Description
SPC, abbreviation for Stone Plastic Composite, also the common calling of Rigid Core Luxury Vinyl Flooring, is a type laminated floor composed of decorative layer, wear resistent layer and base layer(made of calcium carbonate,polyvinyl and stabilizer etc.).Normally SPC floor is laminated with 4-6 layers which include UV curing layer, wear resistent layer, color printing layer, base layer and back layer etc.The max content in SPC floor is natural calcium carbonate powder, which is got through direct smash of calcite and limestone etc.
Key process of base layer manufacture: Raw Material Ratio Measurement, Mixer (Hot/Cold) and Extrusion.The Mixer includes hot mixing and cold mixing, the purpose is to get equal mixing material free of moisture.
The main equipments of SPC floor manufacture: Raw Material Mixer, Extruder, Three/Four Roller Calender, Tractor, Cutting Machine, Profiling Machine, Hot Press, Sanding machine etc. We are focusing on the crucial part of sanding which can improve adhesive force before laminating the back layer. Our sanding machine is heavy duty designed to process hard material.
