FAQ Q: Can you print PANTONE® Colors (PMS)?
A: To be able to offer such a low minimum order quantity on our boxes we have to use digital printing. There are two possibilities for PMS matching. If your quantity is above 1000 units we can match PMS colors using color matching, with this method you will get an 85%+ PMS match. Depending on the size and quantity we can also print using a conventional Offset (Lithography) press. Generally speaking your order will have to be above 2,000 units for us to be able to help you with an exact PMS match.
Q: How long is your production time?
Our production time is 10-20 days depending on the quantity. Once you checkout, you will be able to see an estimated in hands date for the boxes in your cart.
Q: I want to change the artwork on the order I just placed, is it possible?
Sure! You can change your artwork before you accept your online proof. However, after you've accepted your online proof you will not be able to make any additional changes.
Q: Do you use recycled boards?
A: We do! All the boards we use are made with at least 50% recycled material. All our boards are 100% recyclable too!
Q: I want to change the quantity order I just placed, is that possible?
If you'd like to change the quantity of your order you'll have to do so before you accept your online proof. Send us an email and we'll process the change for you.
Q: Do you offer box styles that are not listed on your website?
Sky's the limit! We offer any box style that you may think of. If you have something in mind and your order quantity is above 1,000 units. Feel free to get in touch and we'll be more than happy to assist you.
Q: How will my boxes ship to me?
A: Depending on the volume of boxes you are purchasing from us different options will be available to you during checkout. On smaller orders, you will be presented with FedEx Ground® and FedEx Express®. On larger orders, you will have the option to choose LTL Freight (Less than truckload). In either case, you will be given a tracking number and will be able to contact our team at any time should you have additional questions.
Are Rigid Boxes safe to ship?
A: Rigid boxes are meant to give value to your product. They are unfortunately not safe to ship. We recommend that you put them in a mailer or a shipping box. Feel free to get in touch with us. We also have others options available.
