Application &Main components of the Stainless steel machine leveling machine:
The device is specialized equipment for leveling metal plates, used for leveling cold-rolled coils and uneven flat plates (high-strength steel plates, carbon plates, stainless steel plates, aluminum plates, and other metal plates) in industries such as metallurgy, shipbuilding, boilers, petroleum, chemicals, locomotives, bridges, metal structure machinery manufacturing, and decoration.
The equipment consists of the frame part, roller part, movable crossbeam, pressing mechanism, cornering mechanism or guide roller part, main transmission system, dry oil lubrication system, base part, and electrical part.
The whole machine adopts a frame structure, with the lower row of working rollers fixed on the lower machine base and the upper row of working rollers fixed on the movable crossbeam. The movable crossbeam can move up and down and tilt at a certain angle to adapt to the leveling of different thickness plates. To ensure leveling accuracy, both the upper and lower rows of working rollers are equipped with support rollers.

The equipment provided by the seller is new and unused. The performance of the equipment, after installation, debugging, and operation complies with the relevant national standards or stipulated in the agreement between the parties.
The seller shall provide relevant technical support within 2 hours upon receiving a phone call from the buyer. In the event that the buyer is unable to resolve the issue independently, the seller will conduct troubleshooting at the within 24 hours in sellers' country . Parts identified as quality-related issues during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge.
