Application:
It is used for stationary/rotary curing of motor stators/rotors, and is widely used in the production of marine motors, high voltage motors, large AC/DC motors, special motors, etc.

Function:
It solves the problem of uneven painting of stators/rotors during static curing, which affects their electrical properties.
Safety: Surface low-load coil electric heating tubes, and the surface temperature is less than 350 ºC, eliminating combustion and explosion hazards; Large-air-volume forced ventilation, which keeps the dangerous gas concentration inside the oven always within a safe range; Exhaust pressure detection and alarm: heating will automatically stop when the exhaust is abnormal A large explosion relief door, which can minimize the loss in case of an accident; Interlocking control of the forced draft fan/circulating fan/heating power supply; High temperature combustible gas detection, control and alarm (optional). Energy saving: Highly-efficient energy-saving heat exchanger: recycling effluent heat; Thermal insulation material: high quality aluminum silicate wool; surface temperature ≤room temperature +15ºC Quality assurance: The temperature uniformity is increased to within ±5ºC, guaranteeing the quality of your products.
