Product Advantages
(1)Symmetrical V-Type Cavity
Compared with traditional jaw crusher, the processing capacity is increased by 20%, power consumption is reduced by 10%-15%.
(2)Hydraulic Jack Adjusting System
As the shims are added or reduced from side, which is easier, safer, more convenient, and reduce the down time compared with traditional jaw crusher.
(3)High utilization of jaw plate, less consumption of materials and power
The fixed jaw plate and swing jaw plate can be reused and switched for 4 times, which makes evenly abrasion of jaw plates and improve the utilization of jaw plates, therefore, reduces the spare parts stock and makes the assembly more convenient.
(4)Process of matching surface of movable jaw and movable jaw body
The matching surface of movable jaw and movable jaw body has been highly machined, which ensures the installation more closely, and reduce the loose of jaw plate to better protect the movable jaw. It is features in smooth running, lower noise. Some manufacturers adopt cement and other waste filling, and it is easy to damage, then, it will produce more noise when running and damage the movable jaw.

Test Running
Before delivery, we do trail running on the crusher, the technicians will check the vibration, noise, heating and other conditions of the crusher. Unqualified products could not be delivered to the customers.
Package and Delivery
The hydraulic stone cone crusher should be processed to be rustproof and moisture proof before delivery. The small parts are packed into wooden crates; the big parts are wrapped by plastic sheeting.
