Q2: Is it possible to send engineer to install and commission machine, even train our workers?
A2: Yes, we can send our engineer to your factory for installation, commissioning, training. We have some engineers flying among different countries for after sales service and technical support.Therefore, we need you to prepare invitation letter for visa before shipment. However, please be noted that all cost for visa, travel, hotel should be paid in advance by customers.
Q3: If we buy your machines, is there any warranty?
A3: Yes, definitely. 12-months warranty after shipment for mechanical parts, hydraulic parts, electric components (The screw just has 6-months). We are responsible for broken parts within 12-months. We will supply those parts for free but the possible transportation cost should be paid by clients.
