Product Description The main components of coatings and paints include: film-forming substances (water-based acrylic emulsions, alkyd resins, epoxy resins, etc.), pigments (such as titanium dioxide), solvents (water-based paints use water as solvents, and paints use organic solvents), various additives (dispersants, thickeners, leveling agents, defoamers, etc.) and fillers.
The production process of coatings and paints is mainly a physical mixing process. The main problem that needs to be solved is to fully mix various raw materials (powders and liquids) to make them into delicate products.
The material process mainly includes: dispersion, grinding, filtration and final filling.

1.Dispersion:It needs the high speed dissolver.
In the early stage of coating production, various raw materials such as pigments, fillers, resins, agents and additives are mixed. For example, the pigment is mixed with part of the resin and solvent, and the pigment is initially dispersed in the resin and solvent through a stirring device. This is like mixing various vegetables (analogous to pigments) and salad dressing (analogous to resins and solvents) together when making salad. It is just a simple physical mixing, the purpose is to make the pigment particles evenly distributed in the medium. During this process, the properties of the material do not undergo chemical changes, but mainly changes in form, such as from the agglomerated state of the pigment to a relatively uniform dispersed state.
2.Grinding process:It needs a vertical bead mill,horizontal bead mill or a basket bead mill.
Grinding is also an important part of the physical process. Solid particles such as pigments are ground using grinding media (such as glass beads) through equipment such as sand mills and ball mills. This is similar to using a mortar and pestle to grind blocky substances into finer powders, making the particle size of the pigment smaller, improving its dispersion in the paint, and further improving the physical mixing effect. The ground pigment can be better mixed with other ingredients, improving the hiding power and color uniformity of the paint.
3. Filtration process: Use filter bags to filter out impurities with unqualified particle sizes to avoid affecting product quality.
4.Filling: According to market demand, the paint is divided into different packaging barrels.
