Expanded graphite tape used for Spiral Wound Gasket,SWG,SPW gasket Graphite paper and graphite sheet :
It is made of high carbon phosphorus graphite by chemical treatment and high temperature expansion rolling. It is the basic material for manufacturing various graphite seals
It is widely used in the dynamic and static seals of machines, pipes, pumps and valves in electric power, petroleum, chemical industry, instrument, machinery, diamond and other industries.
It is an ideal new sealing material to replace traditional seals such as rubber, fluoroplastic and asbestos. With the acceleration of the upgrading of electronic products and the increasing demand for heat dissipation management of mini, high integration and high-performance electronic equipment, a new heat dissipation technology of electronic products, that is, a new heat dissipation solution of graphite material, has also been introduced. Spiral wound gasket graphite tape :
The winding pad graphite strip adopts a high-precision CNC lathe to cut the graphite coil into strips with special tools. Compared with the traditional graphite strip opening, it has higher precision, less damage to the graphite coil, and the cutting part is smooth and burr free. It is used to produce the filling material of graphite winding pad.
