Usage:
SSHJ series double-shaft paddle type high efficiency mixer is widely used for mixing powdery, granular, flake, miscellaneous and viscous materials in feed, grain, chemical, medicine, pesticide and other industries.
Features:
(1) Short mixing cycle and high mixing uniformity: the mixing uniformity CV of general materials is less than 5% in 50-90s, which reduces the mixing time and improves the production efficiency of the feed plant.
(2) Loading variable range is large: loading coefficient variable range is 0.3 ~ 0.8, suitable for mixing with different proportion, particle size and other materials in many industries;
(3) Segregation does not occur when mixing: after the machine is evenly mixed within 1 minute, the classification phenomenon does not occur when the mixed materials continue to be mixed, and segregation will not occur because of the large difference in specific gravity, particle size and other physical properties;
(4) Fast discharging, small residual amount: the bottom adopts four-door structure, discharging quickly, less residual;
(5) Large amount of liquid: add 30% liquid can still mix the material evenly, that is, can mix sticky material;
